Introduction

Hello! I figure most of the people reading this blog will be folks that already know me, but just in case, allow me to introduce myself.

My name is Mrs C and I've been a paramedic for almost 6 years. Three and a half years ago, I began dating my now husband, Mr C, who was then an ambulance medic and is now a fire fighter paramedic (about 14ish years in the field of EMS). We've been married for just over a year and a half and our family consists of our (my bonus) son J from my husband's first marriage, who is 10, our daughter C, who is 4 months, and our 3 year old dog Max (the dog doesn't get protection from internet weirdos). Over the years I have had many adventures, but I must say that marriage and motherhood are by far the most challenging, most important and most rewarding adventures of all.

Before I became a medic mama, I used to love writing. Blogs, journal entries, short stories... you get the drift. But then work and family became my focus, writing wasn't a priority. Honestly, it still isn't a priority. However, it is something I would like to pick up again. So that brings us here, to this very blog. I'm adding it to the collection of my other blogs (Honestly, Life as I Know It, and "Fact, Fiction and Everything in Between"... or something like that). Fingers crossed this one continues a bit longer than the others!

There is no plan for this one, really. Please forgive any grammatical errors, run on sentences or anything weird. Some of that is mom brain and some of that is just plain old me (I blame all the experiences that built character... I keep telling God, I'm all set on character, but send money!).

Full disclosure, I'm gonna describe stuff. Gross stuff. Funny stuff. Weird stuff. Sad stuff. If no one reads this, I'll call it an online journal. But if someone does read it, well you've been warned.
